Proofing Your Documents:
At Cool Printing, we require all documents to be proofed and signed off on before they go to print. Now even though we passed all of our writing and english classes in school, we admit that even with spell check, typos happen. So by providing you with the opportunity to see hard copies of your work, multiple times if needed, it allows you to feel confident that your projects will come out error free.
Pre-Flight:
Here at Cool Printing, we understand the ins and outs of the printing world so you don't have to. If you send us a file you have created, we'll review it and make sure everything is set up correctly for our press. If additional files, fonts or settings need to be changed in order for your documents to be printed correctly, we will inform you of the needed changes before we print. If you have questions on how a file needs to be set up, feel free to contact us.
